Linguistic Justice in the Americas Series

For decades CLACS has supported efforts to revitalize and reclaim Indigenous languages in the Americas. This series is designed to declare, via academic, documentary, and artistic forms, that the Indigenous languages of Latin America and the Caribbean are strong and striving thanks to collaborative linguistic activism and efforts. These events are intended to immerse our audience in multiple ways to see and experience the world, because languages matter, as they are builders of worlds.
