Visual Ethnographic Methods Workshop

Organized by the Boricua Scholars Working Group of the UNC-Duke Consortium in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. Dr. Anais Roque will be offering a visual ethnographic methods workshop. Dr. Roque recently joined Duke as the John Hope Franklin Assistant Professor of Environmental Justice in the Nicholas School of the Environment. Her research focuses on the impact of climate change on vulnerable communities through community-based and anthropological approaches to environmental justice. Workshop will begin at 10 a.m. with breakfast and introductions, with lecture at 10:30 a.m. and workshop at 11:00 a.m. If you are interested in participating, please RSVP by emailing elly.veloria@duke.edu.
