Indigenous Women Filmmakers in Brazil

Please join the Amazon Lab for two events that will highlight the cinema production by Indigenous women in Brazil! Wednesday, February 28, at noon, at the Amazon Lab We will host a conversation with Olinda Tupinambá and Michele Perito Kaiowá, two rising filmmakers and Indigenous rights advocates whose work is politically relevant and aesthetically compelling. This is a hybrid event (Zoom and in-person at the Amazon Lab) and will be conducted in Portuguese with English interpretation available via Zoom.
